today we are doing another MYSTERY STYLE BUNDLE UNBOXING! i purchased a $180 large style bundle from expired threads and you guys... all i am going to say is you're not ready for this. SIMPLY NOT READY. before we get into the bundle, though, i'll take you along shopping for brooke from expired threads to curate a little mystery bundle of her own from me! on her channel, she will unbox mine and give her full thoughts. it's a little bit of a thrift swap, if you will. it was my first time thrifting for someone so i was pretty nervous, but it was so so much fun! stay tuned at the end for the styling of the mystery bundle and for my honest thoughts! hope you enjoy 😘

She really did great! I love the army green shirt with the wool “Loft” skirt on you. As soon as I saw the shirt, I knew it was going to be PERFECTION with that skirt- tbh I don’t love the pink tights underneath but that’s just personal preference.
The jeans 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻look like they were made for you. That purse is 💯 your aesthetic ❤ I think she killed the styling for you.
I was a teen in the 90’s, my style was mixed somewhere between grunge and siren but I also sometimes had a sporty style because I played volleyball and my suede black & red Puma’s had to have a place in my wardrobe 😉.
That plaid dress with the tights is something I would’ve worn with my Doc combat boots, a lace choker with a cross charm or my beloved Guns N’ Roses choker I got at their concert with Metallica and Faith No More 🤩 .
I had a plethora of babydoll dresses mostly plaid but some were floral or leather & patterned tights but my favorite pair were my opaque cream with cream colored raised vines with thorns and roses that wrapped around my legs. The baby doll dress was soft flannel mixed blues plaid with cream and charcoal lines- scoop neck shift style with matching jacket clip- you clipped in the back so it accentuated your waist (side note: they should totally bring back those clips) I wore it with my Docs . I also had this pair of Levi’s jeans with only the knees cut/shredded, that I paired with several different velvet body suits aka onesies lol ( I literally had so many in lots of colors and styles : short, long and bell sleeves in smooth & crushed velvet, mock turtle necks, scoop, lace up and one that was baby pink suede with lace panels that I wore with a gorgeous pearl rosary, one of my lace chokers and this long silver chain that had pearls woven around it and my brown suede boots. Sometimes I wore band t’s with my jean overalls and a pair of my boots. I worked to support my clothing addiction in high school and college 😂
I miss those days and the clothes we used to have. Not that there aren’t amazing styles now too ❤!!

I just turned 56 years old. I love the thrifting movement and you all look so good! I was 32 in 2000. Plus because I I have auto immune disease since age 7, my body isn’t average. I’m super tiny and short, without much of a shape. And because I’m older, I can’t really see the 2010s or 2000s stuff.. but I love watching you find your perfect style in thrifted clothing. Now if you say 80s style, I’m totally there! As if. LOL

Hi Carly ! Just subbed. Can I tell you that I had that RAVE CITY corset top ina baby blue back in y/k and am super sad I lost it to time ?!?!? Thank you for reminding me of the brand so I can somehow find it again !! I had forgotten what brand it was but I had purchased it at a store called G&G at the mall which sold rave girl and rave city pieces. Everything Brooke included was perfect ! Especially the purse!
