When I bought my (used) WR250R, the previous owner had installed Oxford heated grips and I thought "What a wuss!" Then the first time I took it way up above the snowline I thought "Wow, what a brilliant guy!"

Posting this in March is diabolical work

And because they're made by Klim, the price of the handlebar muffs is guaranteed to exceed the current market value of whatever bike onto which they're mounted.

Josh is sneakily showing off his entire Iron Maiden T-shirt collection. Or maybe only half, only his mother who still does his laundry will know. Nice video man!

I live in Singapore and there's no way in hell I'll ever need these but a F9 video is always worth watching hell yea

This video's timing is better than some of you might realize. Heated grips are one of those things that don't go on sale very often, but if they do, it'll be during the warmer months.

For heating pads use 5 or 6 zip ties inside the grip as you push it on and have them spread equally over the bar. This will keep the grip from coming in contact with the bar making it super easy to slide them on. Once the grip is in place use a pair of pliers to pull out the zip ties one by one.

Ryan's little brother doing a good job on those vids. Good meme game and solid eyebrows

I think the Eugene Levy appearance in the Square Space ad went over everyone's eyebrows. Brilliant! 🤣

People complaining about the timing of this video obviously don't realize where it's filmed. They also have a worldwide audience. I live 30 minutes from the F9 studio and I use my heated grips 8-9 months out of the year.

To all those complaining about the video dropping when spring is around the corner.
Let's be honest we all love to work on our bikes. If you want heated grips, why dont install them now? You're gonna thank yourself in 6 months

I remember getting teased that my 94 BMW K1100LT had heated grips by the HD guys. I said if they add 2 week to my riding season AND get me out 2 weeks sooner in the spring... I just got an extra month in the saddle.

As an Alaskan snowmachiner I can 100% attest to the fact that grip heaters work! If one failed on ride it was top priority to get it repaired immediately.

I live in Utah and constantly travel to the surrounding states. I’ve ridden in snow storms a few times and it’s absolute misery. One of my favorite options on my BMW F800 is the heated grips. nice!

It’s 10 degrees today (centigrade) in Scotland the hottest day of the year so far almost, I had my Oxford heated grips on. First mod I do to every bike.

Handlebar muffs are the single biggest winter weather game changer for me. I wear summer gloves all thru the pouring cold vancouver rain, and only sometimes even turn on my heated grips. I've NEVER had wet cold hands since using them, period. Also how dare you steal Ryan's horrendous yellow rain gear for this video!!!🤣😆🤣

Fwiw I had Oxford on a bike from 1998 that still works today. The grips are so worn down from putting 130k miles on the motorcycle that you cant see the grip pattern. But the heat still works. Once, the controller part on the handlebars failed, and I got a new part there. I think it was even under warranty.
Also look into heated gloves, particularly those that heat the finger tips. Put those on AND the heated grips and its pure joy even in frigid weather.

tip for the bracket that never fits: I grinded the long part where you are supposed to attatch it to the bike with down to where it would fit nicely under my mirror screw in point, Drilled a hole in it so my mirror thread would be able to fit through and gave it a quick layer of paint for rust. Took 5 minutes and looks pretty clean

I wasn't sure about this new presenter, but now that I've got a grip on his style, I'm slowly warming to him
