Since you invited us to start connecting with our ancestors, I've felt supported in a way that I haven't felt in a long time. The idea that "we are the ancestors we've been waiting for, " empowers us as women of color to always be women of action. And this also tells me that I trust my experience and wisdom, connected with those who came before me, more than ever before. Thank you, sister.

I so resonate with this message! It is so important, for people of color especially, to reconnect with their Ancestors. For a lot of us, today's religions don't support, or actually shun any reverence to the ancestors. We are our ancestors Wildest Dreams - so it makes sense that we call on this "spiritual counsel" for support. Thank you June, for encouraging us and supporting us in this most Divine process. 🙏🏾

The idea of connecting with our ancestors, continuing the work of our ancestors through our healing and then BECOMING our future ancestor is so empowering, especially as a woman of color. And it’s a beautiful reminder that our work doesn’t happen in the vacuum of this lifetime... it’s continuous and carries forward beyond us ❤️
