I experienced nothing but the upmost care and respect while in Greece. The men were so hospitable and went out of their way to help. The women were friendly also. So crazy how two people can have two different experiences, I’d move to Crete it’s just no black people! :/

I went to Italy for my honeymoon. The food is great. The giant churches and opulence is off putting. I got a train and saw a lot of the African immigrant towns, that was surprising. Saw some entitled white Americans mad that the Italians at the ferry ticket counter couldn’t speak English (FOH). And some random white tourist asked to take a picture with me like I was some sideshow, but I turned the tables and asked for a picture with her too like she was some weird new type of person I’ve never seen 😂

I am very thankful for the info that you offer. I do believe the background is important to convey your personality or to further cement and advertise your content. I do have to say that the clock above your head is distracting to me...and that is a virgo thing. So I could see how someone would not get that there is a reference of importance of the doll and other things.
Honestly, I would love a map for the background with some really cool stacked up antique luggage with your doll sitting on top with a map in their hands.

Wish I would have caught this while it was live!!! I live in Livorno Italy for 3 years. The issue that I saw was Nationalism…they definitely had it in for Africans. My husband and were not served coffee once because they thought we were Moroccan. When my Latino husband started speaking in Spanish and told them that I was a Black American, they wanted to serve us. They actually said you’re ok, we don’t serve Africans. Didn’t want anything they were serving after that!! Found out the people have a huge resentment against the Africans who come there to get a free education, which Italy agreed to give for invading their country in WW2… this was in the 90s do not sure if this is still the case
