5:42 A more intuitive way of solving this problem is the 2 tangent lines and the line inside the circle form a triangle and if you split the triangle into 2 congruent right triangles. (Angle B)/2 = 15 and the right angle = 90 and the 3 angles add up to 180. 180-(90+15)=180-105=75. So you get the same answer in the video 75 degrees.
