My favorite character in any media is probably Ben from the Ben 10 alien force series. It was nice to see a more matured hero that still had his flaws.

Do you play any tabletop RPGs? Character building is such a fun process, and a great writing exercise. Character development I think is maybe less of a thing, because most games are exclusively about external goals. But the initial character creation process is a lot of fun.
