Pancit Miki Sotanghon - Filipino Noodles

Ya know, there's always pancit for every special occasion...
Heres the ingredients:
• 2 different types of noodles: 1 package of thick egg noodles (miki) and 2 bundles of thin vermicelli rice noodles (sotanghon)
• 1 package fried fish balls, sliced
• 1 small chicken breast, cut in bite-sized pieces
• 1/2 Cabbage,sliced
• 1 Carrot, julienned
• 2 cups of snow peas
• 1/2 Yellow onions, sliced
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
Sauce Ingredients:
• 3 tbsp Oyster sauce
• 2 tbsp Soy sauce
• 1 tbsp Fish sauce (optional)
• 1 tbsp Sesame oil
• 2 tbsp grape seed oil (or any neutral oil)
• 2 tbsp White sugar
• 5 cups Water
• Salt to taste
