My Top 5 Kitchen Gadgets (Review) | Best Vegan Plant-Based Kitchen Gadgets

There’s a lot of kitchen gadgets out there on the market. You’ve only got so much money and so much counter space. So I’m going to walk you through my top 5 kitchen gadgets for my vegan plant-based kitchen. What the pros and cons are of each and which are worth the purchase, and which you can leave out and why.

I’m a certified plant-based cook and I spent a LOT of time in the kitchen as you might know from my cooking videos. I love kitchen tools, but I also try to pick them sparingly because there’s only so much room in the kitchen, and I abhor single-use tools, so it matters to me how much I bang I get out of my buck when it comes to kitchen gadgets. I have all of these great gadgets and each has a home inside my cupboard, because I love my countertops to be cleaned up every day. All of these are awesome. I think my absolute favorite is my Vitamix. I use it for smoothies almost daily.

I love my Breville smart oven air. It will not heat the entire house and it shuts off by itself. I use the bake, roast and air fry features the most. I rarely use my actual stove top and no longer use my regular oven. I also use my Instant Pot daily. I have a 6 and an 8 quart. I love these and use them daily. Honorable mentions in my house would also be my Cuisinart 11 cup food processor, Cuisinart stick blender, Vitamix, and Magic Bullet blender. I would like to get the 16 cup Breville food processor down the road as well as the Ninja Creami Deluxe.
