I do agree with the butcher- there will always be a demand for meat- smaller amounts of it and higher quality. BUT! given our population growth and climate change, having a majority of meal vegetarian or vegan is truly the way to go!

Must be nice living around so many health-conscious Germans. Over here in the United States of amnesia the major fast food places shower us with advertising and coupons and push a few more deep fried things or enriched white flour. Obesity in America is also driven by The automobile, lack of exercise, and our collective gullibility. I’ve been to Germany a few times. I really miss you beautiful people.
