Is yours still working? I have had mine about the same amount of time as this video and now the alarm keeps coming on and the water is cold, I have taken the water tank off and placed in back in thinking it wasn't in properly and its still only issuing a few drops of cold water and then the alarm comes on and the water stops

Mine only heats to 70C on the 98C setting 😑 can't get it hotter
