Plymouth-Canton Community Schools closed Friday after threat triggers 4-hour lockdown

A threat at the Plymouth-Canton Educational Park sent three high schools into lockdown for nearly four hours on Thursday as officers went from classroom to classroom searching for a gun.

It’s the American culture that’s why these incidents happen so often. American parents believe in letting their kids do what they want, not having control over them, no accountability or responsibility from their child, to be their child’s friend. No discipline of them or teaching them respect. They ask instead telling their kids to do things. It’s the American parenting styles that’s contributing to these incidents. American parenting styles versus Asian parenting styles, very different. You don’t see many of these incidents caused by Asians. American parents can perhaps take some pointers from asian parents on how to raise their kids properly. Chinese Confucian beliefs takes education and academics seriously, to not embarrass the family by doing things such as these incidents, to bring honor to the family, no such thing in American culture. Parents of this troubled kid doesn’t even want to deal with him and wanting to flee.
