This is perfect, a flash game should allow two things.
1. You can control your speed.
2. You can control the speed of time (how fast you think).

The slow motion is brilliant! It's just like he does from the show! That's definitely an essential mechanic in a Flash game! Imagine if this was in the works by the game company owned by DC! 😍❤🔥

Was actually surprised to see that he actually has a running form when you slowed it down and that the character actually moving that fast is what makes the arms and legs look like they're just flapping around.

A slow-motion option is not something you would typically think of in a game that has a speedster. But it's absolute genius!

Imagine a flash game where throughout it you unlock new abilities and get faster (basically a game version of flash season 1) until the last act where you finally go back in time.

The open world can function like infamous second son did with the light powers and you have the ability to temporarily slow down time to increase combos and quick time events.

Ya know when he runs in a circle like he does at the end of the pilot episode against the direction of the tornado with Grant Gustin AND uses his arms with superspeed while standing still against fire etc...
I think it would be simple using the analog sticks on a controller for those moves.

I say add running upgrades where certain levels allow you to
-Move through traffic automatically without effort on you part
-Run on water
-Run on Buildings
I think a Flash game would be awesome and the slow motion allows the user time to coordinate there next move.
Problems you may encounter is
How can the flash/player move around objects cars people at those speeds without breaking the immersion.
