*NO OVEN & NO MOULD* CHOCOLATE BUTTER COOKIES #shorts

Episode 17 of #NoOvenNoProblem ☀, a series where I make your favourite desserts at home WITHOUT an oven 💁🏻♂Nothing better than soft, melt-in-mouth chocolate butter cookies right? Made with a handful of ingredients, this no-oven version is just the way to satisfy those cookie cravings without much hassle 🥰🤌🏻
Ingredients
🥰 5 tbsp (70g) butter
🥰 4 tbsp icing sugar
🥰 ⅔ cup flour
🥰 2 tbsp cocoa powder
🥰 3 tbsp milk
🥰 ½ cup (87g) melted chocolate
Process-
1. Start by removing the whistle and rubber from the cooker. Set it on low-medium heat and spread a layer of salt at the bottom of the cooker. Place a small stand in the center and close the lid of the cooker. Let it preheat for about 10 mins.
2. In a bowl, add butter and sugar and whisk it well till light and fluffy.
3. Add the flour, cocoa powder and milk to the butter mixture and mix well to form a smooth cookie batter.
4. Transfer the cookie batter in a piping bag attached with open star nozzle.
5. Pipe the cookies on a plate greased and lined with parchment paper in an ‘S’- shaped pattern.
6. Place the plate in the preheated cooker and cook it for 15 mins.
7. Once the cookies have cooled to room temperature, dip half of each cookie in the melted chocolate.
