are you able to post a pic of the prone position for L/B FlX and the T/S Extension work that you discuss in the later part of the video??

This is literally me 😂
I always go into extension when rolling. I have hypermobile knees and Elbows. My back is always irritated. As soon as I get a little stressed I go straight into extension in Lspine.
Thank you for the hard rolling tip, will def try that.
