This ChatGPT plugin creates excellent photo-realistic prompts for Midjourney. And it works very well for Leonardo AI, too.

It's so simple to use. All you have to do is type in a few words what you'd like to design. For example, a fluffy and adorable bunny being held. And just like that, you're fed some amazing prompts to copy and paste into Midjourney.

Two things to keep in mind: Make sure you're using GPT-4 and that you have plugins activated.

I also tried Adobe Firefly with this ChatGPT plugin and it worked well, but not quite as well as Midjourney or Leonardo AI.

loved the video, very easy to understand and made image AI creation soi much easier. One criticism, as a sound engineer may I suggest getting a pop shield, the plosives were a bit annoying.

The prompts that it's generating look like it would take up more than 75 tokens. I'm not sure what the token limit is on MJ, but most WEB UIs for Stable Diffusion don't go over 75 tokens, as far as I know.
