I knew this trick because of Jeetu bhaiya (Learn and share faculty).
And sir missed a thing that we have to find the closest perfect square root not only small perfect square root.

For example:- √15= 3+6/6=4 (according to video method) but this is wrong

We can do it like this:- (approximately)
Because the closest perfect square root is 16 not 9.

This trick gives answer correctly 2 or 3 digits after point .
Like √38 = 6.16666... ( From Trick)
√38 = 6.164414 (Calculator)

Another important note, you can take greater number too...

But you'll get accurate answer if you choose the closest

Eg, for 145= take 144+1 = 12+1/24

For 168, = take 169 -1 = 13-1/26



(Denominator is close to 25, so you can take 25, it doesn't make big difference)!

But
You'll get most accurate ans if you chose the closest one,

We know √2 = 1.414
But by this trick √2 = 1 + 1/2 = 1.5
