Nice video mate, a question tho, from someone who hasn't used figma nor tailwind before.
if I create a mockup with these tools, then I click on an element that I'm trying to replicate with code, can I get all the tailwind css classes, copy paste and call it a day?

If you're a developer & soloprenuer, spending money on Tailwind UI is no brainer. Its well worth the investment because they also come with codes to add functionality into projects and not just designs as it saves a lot of time from design/coding.

One thing I don't understand is why Tailwind sizes their desktop UI as 1358 x 640, when Figma frames are 1440 x 1024 (Desktop), MacBook 14" (1512 x 982), 1728 x 1117 (MacBook 16"). How would I go about re-sizing that?

Tailwind no longer supports a UI kit. Flowbite has one based on Tailwinds.

Might want to edit the title since there is no Figma anything with this UI anymore. It’s really too bad. I guess handing that part off to a third party and doing a revenue share didn’t lead to enough business. Seems silly to me
