This was SO special to watch. When I was divorced by 3rd wife...I couldn't listen to this song without crying. I missed her so bad and since we are BOTH avid Pat Metheny Group fans...it touched my heart to hear it. Could it be the end?
We'll see. I keep praying and keep believing that somehow it is not. God Bless.

Thoroughly absorbed, by both Pat & Fred, actually by all three, with Ms Charisse. Mesmerized.. hours and hours on loop. What a blend of music (1992) and film clip (1953). Spring in Heaven

Congratulations, this is exceptional, really superb! You have breathed new life into something that was already perfect! I would normally be against this and say it was sacrilege. However, you have replaced the original vintage masterpiece Dancing in the Dark by Arthur Schwartz / Howard Dietz with another little instrumental more modern day masterpiece by our friend Pat Metheny. I have to say at the beginning I was skeptical as to how it would work, timing wise, but I have to say it marries quite beautifully and we can allow it because Fred and Cyd and Pat are all geniuses!
