I got a " Conditionally awarded" from SH and I didn't upload a language certificate. I want to know that If I upload the certificate that under the B2 level then I will get rejection from of the school? I applied medical school and it requires a B2 level of the certificates and I also want to upload a TOEIC but they didn't show the actual requirements of TOEIC. please give me a clearify answer.

Hello, Please help me out with those questions i need to apply to my information to my country before the 5th, So i need to make sure everything is okay
1- I have chosen to study a program in english in Corvinus university, so the full program is going to be in English. But does that mean that I'm still going through the full year hungarian classes, which means instead of studying 2 years of masters in hungary, it's going to be 3 years ???
2- I agreed by mistake to consider me as a fee paying student in case i am not nominated by stipendium, so if accepted by the university, should i necessarly go to the university and pay the fees or otherwise I'll be in jail ? Help Please i'm overthinking everything .
