Nokia Asha 501: Double Tap Screen To Wake Demo, Mechanism & Side Effects

In this video, I demonstrated how 'Double-tap screen to wake' feature works on Nokia Asha 501, How its mechanism is different from what we have seen on Nokia N9, Lumia 925, Lumia 1020 and what are the side effects of this new mechanism.

I forgot to mention in video that I reported the issue to Nokia Care, and their representative told me that a Future SW Update is under development and will be delivered to all Asha 501 via OTA update Soon.

mine screen does not rotate. can it rotate by adjusting the settings or its just a manufacturing defect? pls help

My concern is the keyboard is too small. Havent tried it personally. How is the typing experience?

Ye, both sim works simultaneously. Haven't tried it personally, as I had only one micro sim. will upload a video of this in coming days. keep watching.

well even if i turn screen double tap to on its not working

i setted it to double tap wakeup and then i turned off my Nokia asha the big problem is i can't turn on my Nokia asha anymore cuz when i turn it on  it only appears NOKIA logo and then automatically turn off . i would like to know how to solve it so please tell me if you know how to do it   thanks a lot
