In our chemistry classroom, someone wrote on the desk where I sit at: "Do you listen to girl in red?" and so many people wrote yes beneath it, I just find that so cute :)

As a demisexual lesbian, I always found it really strange how some people could just look at someone and say that they like them without getting to know them first. I have had two crushes in my life and they were both quite intense crushes. I also had known them as a friend for a few months before I started to catch feelings. I can acknowledge when someone is attractive but that doesn't automatically mean that I like them.

i think the hating men one comes more from the realization that we no longer need to care about them. If we were attracted to men, we'd let some of it brush by the wayside, we'd let it hit a little softer, and we'd excuse it (perhaps subconsciously). But we don't have to care about them anymore, so we have no reason to do any of that. There's no reason to just let it go. We notice the bad actions more and we are more unabashedly vocal when we see them.

About "the urge to merge", I feel like people who have been in a relationship for a while start to look alike. Even in straight couples
I was told my partner and I look like siblings 😭

Taurus here lol. I personally think that many lesbians just tend to dislike men a little more because they don't have the blinders up from being attracted to them. They see them for who they are instead of being more forgiving because they're attracted to them.

I’m 2 years late but I talked to this girl and 5 mins into the conversation we had calculated how long of a drive it would be to see each other and we don’t even have drivers license

"All lesbians like cats" is one stereotype that is kinda true because statistically queer women own most cats.

I am so different from a lot of queer girls because I like taking things slow, and I grew up very feminine despite being bi. About the teacher one, haven't really had a crush on an english or drama teacher, but in 11th grade I had a big crush on my chemistry teacher, because she was very pretty. Anyways another great video Lauren : )

A big belief in astrology is a red flag to me. Fine if you believe in it, despite it having no scientific back up. But if you judge people based on where the stars and planets are, it is a no from me

Pisces here, cat lover, men hater, can't sit straight and I have short nails, I think I have more than 50% of the stereotypes

About the style one, my style has changed a lot since coming out. When I first came out, I was a lot more femme but now it's more of a combination. Coming out has given me a lot more confidence in myself, so I feel like my style is more me than it ever has been and I'm comfortable with it

I definitely had a crush on my englisch teacher, who, as a bonus, was also my teacher in the drama elective.

I’ve had crushes on soooo many female teachers! The most notable one was my first PE teacher in secondary school, but yes, some of the female drama, music, Dutch (my native language), English and biology teachers as well.
