Ants are so cool!! Have you ever had issues with them escaping into your house? I’d be so paranoid letting them have access to a container without a lid.

Very cool!
I like these kinds of longer videos much more entertaining to watch than the shorts. I still enjoy all content you make. Keep it up!

I normally don't like ants because they came into my room for like 6 months straight but when I watch you videos it makes me think that ants aren't all that bad

Awesome video
I am a huge fan of ants I have been for years. I enjoyed this video because you actually showed and explained what happened once the little pieces of the leaves got into the nest. I have watched a million videos and never came across this little but huge detail being explained. 🌿 Leaf cutter ants are one of my favorites. I just came across you the other day I subscribed and I really enjoy your videos. Also wanted to ask why don't you use powder as a barrier? Why do you prefer not to? Just curious... Keep up the great work!

There used to be a huge Texas Leafcutter colony in a local park. Someone decided to poison them (I think) and they went from a dominant colony to a small, weak colony, but they survived. They were poisoned in the fall and now good leaves are scarce since it’s winter. Despite the lack of good foliage, they’ve survived off of acorns that are extremely plentiful around the nest. I haven’t seen leafcutters harvest anything but leaves before this, so seeing them adapt in real time is quite amazing.
