Man, I've always been a fan of all sorts of engines and I absolutely fell in love with trains on a trip to Europe in 95'. Now to see all of the model trains on your excursion, thanks so much for sharing that with us, well done!

I'm also very happy to hear about the support you got for the Mrs., along with the well earned recognition, that's just top of the line, and you both certainly deserve it. You've really come to grow on us and with that infectious smile I'm certain folks line up to shake your hand, wish Debs well and have a laugh.

Great video and I'll be looking forward to part two. Aloha...Chuck

Your gynecology training came in handy when cutting out and welding the new sump on the mill John ;-)

Pull the mill out? That's way too easy. Much more challenging to work with in place. We all love a true challenge.
Thanks

John, You've said it best.  The welding and cutting the tray was most definitely a Twastard Bastard project from start to end.  Way to hang in there.  Larry

Those bearing collet nuts are really great. I mostly work on plastic in my lathe so I very rarely need to use a spanner on my ER40 chuck, hand-tight is plenty to grip the work and it saves me so much time that the small extra cost paid for itself in the first hour!

I was at the exhibition today, magnificent scale traction engines. Picked up a couple of bits there myself. Best wishes to you and Debs.

Because we are arrogant: we think we can do the job with the minimum effort and at the end we make the double of fatigue. Great video John.

Its funny John but I remember old Fred Dibner and you surely are a lot like him with your old cap and your love for all things mechanical. Love the videos.

Nice video John.  Why did I not is the question I have asked count less times over the years, never a reasonable answer though.  You British do love your steam engines don't you.  Wonderful collection of engines there.  Thanks for the  video.
