I've tried all this plus uninstall & reinstall apps, soft reset, hard reset numerous times, and the apps play the commercials without any problems, but when it comes to playing the tv show, movie, etc it just has the loading circle. called samsung support and each time its someone with such a heavy accent i struggle to understand. I don't know what else to do. This tv wasn't cheap but its just out of warranty and I shouldn't have to go through this for what I paid for this tv.

Even tho it has data and cache the two buttons are greyed out ND won't allow clearing
