I think you have a mistake at 2:31 where you say "buyers have been exhausted".

"Sellers have been exhausted" not buyers is the correction.

I would love to see a whole video on the CVD . After i watched the video i opened up the NQ and saw a clear divergence play out amazingly well, the CVD was downtrending and sellers were overpowering the buyers while on the chart, price was slow grinding up and after running into some resistance ( presumably at a retest level ) the NQ dropped 20 points

Question is there a way you could get CVD with a diagonal higher offer - diagonal lower bid similar to a Delta imbalance? Wouldnt that be more accurate? Or does it matter?

10:00 I wouldn’t call it exhaustion, rather lack of participation of buyers and/or stopouts of sellers. Price makes a higher high (although very subtle), while CD isn’t. This means sellers must have been stopped out. In other contexts, this can be great confluence to go long when you see evidence sellers will be bailing in mass quantities.
