⚠IMPORTANT NOTE BEFORE FOLLOWING THIS GUIDE ⚠
Transparency Effects & Dark Mode must be ENABLED ✅

1. Right click on the desktop and select personalize.
2. Click on the "Colors" tab in the left pane.
3. Click on the "Choose Your Color" dropdown menu and select "Dark"
4. Turn on "Transparency Effects" just below the "Choose Your Color" dropdown menu.
5. Optional - Select the checkbox for "Automatically pick an accent color from my background"

Settings - Personalization - Colors - Dark mode - Start menu, taskbar and action center off

It works, but unfortunately there was a small line left where the search box is. But fortunately it is very easy to remove:
Hide the search box on the taskbar
Press and hold (or right-click) the taskbar and select Search.

Select Hidden or show search icon.

Very useful to prevent burn in on my OLED monitor.
