I always try to call the function before building it because that becomes a failing test and you don't forget to connect the function after working it. I have noticed that works well with CoPilot too.

This is how i always work, i write what i want first, then fill in the corresponding implementation, makes life a lot easier

Again 90% of what it puts out is garbage, I just it as like an auto complete like on your phone

I use copilot every day and its great, but it is an assistant and not a solution, you have to know what you want and how you want to do it, then you type type type and its 50/50 if it will predict what you're doing, when it does its nice but yeah, not a solution and neither is ChatGPT for all the people thinking they're going to loose jobs. We're a little way off that yet
