Nice! I personally think natural English is hard for new learners, so this is very very helpful to that group of people!

i say "sit down" untill people dont understand the meaning of it. you know, once everybody start using "take a seat", you will come up with another video in the future to use "sit down" instead of take a seat.

Now the problem is
I practice english speaking consistently even after i dont have such confidence to speak in front of people in English

And after so many things, i come back to my 1st step as i cannot speak in eng even after this much practice

Could you please tell me some technique to get over of this problem
