The reason why I ended up deciding to purchase an iPhone 11 is because of Apple’s device support. When I had Samsung devices, there was only two years of guaranteed software support. As phones are getting more expensive even when you purchase a new phone with a carrier device payment plan, spending $1, 000 + for a phone that doesn’t have long term support is ridiculous. With an iPhone I’m guaranteed 5 years of software updates so it makes it worth purchasing iPhones.

Problems with iPhone that you should consider before buying:
1. Slow charging
2. Battery degradation
3. Ear piece sounds fades out slowing.

Remember getting the iPhone 7 when it recently came out, went to 3 Apple stores with no luck. Ending up getting it at a carrier store same day :)

I have 6s+ which still looks like new and I‘m happy with it. Youtube, Dropbox, Whatsapp and all Apps that I need (Google Maps, Shopping, Etc.) works so smooth. I will not change till it does not support the new iOS anymore.
