Well seeing as we still don't have a place to accommodate those we are supposed to deny bail for, I really don't see any major changes in the future...

I doubted that the crown office was independent, and now the matter is on the table and on TV. The problem is if there is an authority behind the judiciary to decide which criminal stays in prison and who goes home. This means that the same authority may decide to send innocent people to prisons.
