Hi Great video for me as I got the exact same one and I now know what’s under that cover. My heater is working fine but it’s noisy before it would just hum . I’ve been told it’s the sensor by best way that the sensor is stuck and I must drop the whole from a little height to shake the sensor free. I’ve done that a few times now and still noisy what can you tell me I need to do next. Should I strip the sensor down and clean it out like you say on this video.

The pump I am trying to fix has no heat and no error codes. All sensors and flow switch are good and so are the elements. The customer changed the heating unit. Is wiring the elements in the incorrect sequence going to cause a problem?

I’ve got a Hawaii pro jet. It’s giving me e02 even with new filters. Jets work but when heat/filtration is requested, 4 seconds of silence it throws the code. What you reckon? 😊

Hi..great vid . After hours of looking for vids and information regarding this type of pump, finally someone has posted something. I have an issue, the heater works and is getting to temp but when i press the pump it justs hums away.. nothing any ideas ? Also no error codes .

I need a matrix for my maldives. On eBay, all the matrixes seem to be for an 'egg' because the heater reset button is at a 45 degree angle to mine, so that it will fit the curves of the egg. Where can i source the correct type, even if it means buying a new part, not 'refurbished, descaled'? Thanks.

hi, i have a Miami hydro jet and repeatedly keep getting the E02 fault, i have reset the pump, disconnected the pipes and cleaned and flushed back pipes with a hose pipe. all the jets work fine but as soon as i put the filter on it goes into error any suggestion please
