I think, that you should learn with a training pack first and then practice the setup in freeplay. The setup is the easier step and the air dribble the harder part. And you can practice the harder part faster in a trainings pack

I disagree. Some training packs like realistic air dribbles, musty back wall air dribbles, and kevperts maps are extremely usefull. After a week of these training packs plus a few others (kevperts catches and ground controll, and kevperts flip resets (ground) ) I got to d2. I was plat 2 2 weeks ago
