If you want to really make this minigame easy, just reward the girls every time you get the chance: never choose to thank the customers or other stuff, if you always give the girls a reward they will always be rested and the game becomes trivial.

Maybe it's just me, but Seiko had a great stat spread and never dipped below the orange smiley face each day. She was my second hostess at max level (behind Etsuko, my beloved <3) because she was basically immortal lmao
