you'll need:

Ingredients:
- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to your spice preference)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 1 brioche bun
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sliced pickles
- Spicy mayo (see recipe below)

For the Spicy Mayo:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to your spice preference)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Pound the chicken breast to an even thickness, about 1/2 inch.
2. In a bowl, mix the buttermilk, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breast and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot to about 350°F (175°C).
5. Dredge the marinated chicken breast in the flour mixture, making sure it's evenly coated.
6. Carefully place the chicken breast in the hot oil and fry for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
7. Remove the chicken from the oil and let it drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
8. In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the spicy mayo until well combined.
9. Toast the brioche bun and spread a generous amount of spicy mayo on both halves.
10. Assemble the sandwich: Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by the fried chicken breast, sliced tomatoes, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.
11. Enjoy your homemade Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich!
