Hello Nerida!! Thank you so much for your informative videos. I love your positivity and it's amazing to see that you're so passionate about what you do and want to help people :) I am 20 years old and suffered through hormonal acne a year ago, was able to get rid of it, now get a pimple or 2 here and there, but am left with a bit of mild scarring and my main issue is surface drying. I am acne prone and am SUPER oily. After watching your videos, I ordered the Rejuvi exfoliating mask and was wondering how many times a week I should use it/for how long. My skin is super sensitive so I’m a bit worried that I’ll start breaking out. Still can’t find a cleanser that won’t break me out. I would be so appreciative of any advice. Thank you so much!!! XOXO

Question. My skin was always very dry but I did start getting moderate acne (I do have health issues that cause me to be on medication and also have a lot of stress) but you told me my skin was dehydrated so I started back at basics and just cleanse, use Benzoyl peroxide at night let it dry then use a hyaluronic serum on damp skin followed by moisturizer. Same thing in the morning just no BP and sometimes an amino acid + B5 serum. After months of doing this my skin still has some breakouts but now the dryness is gone and it’s more oily. You were right! But I’ve never had oily skin before (that I could see anyways) so now I’m unsure what to do to help with the oiliness/some breakouts without causing dryness again. Any products or tips you could share. Oh also I am off gluten and dairy but I find the texture of my skin to be rough and has little bumps on my cheeks and forehead more then any large acne.🙏 thank you!

I'm getting really bad acne everyday from wearing my mask. I work as a nurse so we have to wear the surgical grade ones for 8+ hours a day.:( the surgical mask is definitely very irritating on the skin!
