Idk why some ppl are shaming him for doing the responsible thing and getting his head checked out… stop calling him soft!

Remember tight end Jordan Reed? Played 7 years for Washington and one for the Niners. He retired after having 7 concussions in his 8 years. Tua up to 3 already. Praying for the young man 🙏

I think the conversation about Tua should take one minute. Not safe to have him out there anymore. Dude is young. Live life 🙌

Sadly I agree with Shady, sucks cuz Tuas a great talent but there’s more to his life than football. Retiring might be for the best

That's a great point. Three brain injuries in 3 MONTHS! And the season, including the playoffs, aren't over and he could get a 4th brain injury? Remember that the more concussions you get, the easier it is for your brain to get another. His season needs to end.

Tua is a nice guy and talented player, but he should be smart moving forward

Tua woke up with a headache. I guarantee it. He probably couldn't sleep. We gotta protect Tua and protect the game by sitting him. Rule changes aren't enough for this dude.

I feel for Tua. The dude has the potential, but constantly having concussions is serious. Flores and the GM knew the risk and wanted to draft the boy from Oregon, but the Dolphins owner picked Tua instead. Flores tried trading him and everything, only to get him fired for trying to get rid of him for 2 years.

Ima Jalen Hurts fan who’d never liked Tua. But the thought of this kid having to retire because of something out of his control brings tears to my eyes. Been preparing his whole life to have the career he’s had this season. This’s sad man…

Asante Samuel Jr got 2 concussions last season and we sat him for the rest of the year for his safety

He is obviously susceptible to these injuries and he should have a conversation with Troy Aikman about it because he retired after he had a third concussion in 2 years. If you have a severe concussion you are more likely to have more in the future.
Sorry to say it, but he should seriously consider retiring. Hopefully he has been smart with his money and he can live a comfortable life.

Agreed...Tua is WAAAAY to young to have this many head injuries.. Ask Jordan Reed. Ask all the family in Junior Seau. The receiver from the BUCS....sit him and let him heal.

As a Dolphins fan, it sucks. I personally have supported TUA since day 1. But if he was my son or brother, I would tell him to retire . It wasn't meant to be, I think it's time to hang it up. Health is more important.

The scary thing about his head injuries is they’re all to the back of the head too.

I strongly believe Tua needs to retire. He’s had too many “serious” injuries in the past 5 years. Some people aren’t built to have long years in sports🤦🏾‍♂️

Miami needs to go after Lamar. The Dolphins would be the fastest team EVER

So, who will Dolphins go after for 2023: Rodgers? Brady? Garappolo? Jackson? Mayfield? Wentz?
