I don't know why but my ram, the same on the video, overheats to 70-80 degrees celsius whilst gaming, any thoughts?

Can i combine These Rams With other rams that have not the same frequency

With these sticks which should I get between 3000Mhz at 16-18-18-38 or 2666Mhz at 15-15-15-35 for an i5-8400 processor?
