I love your simple style of teaching. Its the way you reference directly the Firestore classes and methods. I have worked with other Flutter Firestore CRUD videos where they abstract (breakdown) the code into further complexity with helper methods files and classes. You get right to the point. Try adding an initializer expression, or a generative constructor that initializes it, or mark it 'late'
