I notice your signals come out after an hour or two every day. Have you seen any difference if you were to use the closing day of the previous day compared to that morning? Is the market more down in the morning than in the afternoon? I recently read a paper about premarket predicting that days direction. The paper did include around 6 sections of the day and one is used to anticipate the days or followings day direction. Just wondering if you have looked at it.



Also with VXX call's as a hedge. They seem to be only effective over the short term(1-6 weeks) but most of the large drawdowns happen over 1.5 years(2008, 2001 not march 2020 tho). Is there anything in your experience that is good for a long-term hedge like this? I'm sorry I ask about hedging all the time. I know you hate it/ think it's a waste of time/money. You are most certainly right. But sadly I need to prove it to myself... haha. Not smart enough to take the master's wise advice. On the other hand, Put options seem like they would destroy anyone's portfolio.
