How do I determine a shelf in the market?

I was already into inducement trading and I use shelves as you call them. What really was an eye opener was combination of the shelf overlapping the IB. Powerful stuff. I never noticed it. Hi I have 2 small questions - 1. which TF should i use to see FVG formation and (then go to lower TF to plan entry) and enter it when price retraces back into it.... (2) If there are 2 FVGs in say DTF one current and one below (few days back) which should I use for entry? Kindly respond as I havent found the answer to these questions anywhere. 🙏

Thanks brother ETM🙏🏾❤..so price should not react at FVG then heads to shelf as you have explained it today and last week so my question is even if the reaction from fvg is small enough does it mean our set up is invalidated or it needs to be a big reaction from extreme discount to even above 50% premium incase of buy orders the way you explained it in pd arrays?
