CHICKEN WING RECIPE- Boneless Tapatio Lime Wings

For when you gotta have wings stat.
Fry wings at 350 degrees for about 7-10 min. 12-15 min. for bone in, or until thermometer reads 165. Finish your beer before you grab another. If you have time before you dredge, brine chicken in 13% solution of salt to water with any other herbs or aromatics for 30-90 min.
Ingredients:
Chicken breast - 6-8 oz. in bite-sized pieces
Seasoned flour - 1 cup
Garlic powder - 2 tsp.
Paprika - 1 Tbsp.
Salt and pepper to taste
Peanut, vegetable, or canola oil for frying
Garlic - 1 Tbsp. minced or to taste
Hot sauce (Tapatio is the shizznit) - about a cup
Worcestershire sauce - a dash
Balsamic vinegar - a dash
Smoked paprika - 1/8 tsp.
Juice of 1/2 a lime or to taste
Egg yolk - 1
Cornstarch - 1tsp.
Water - 1/4 tsp.
Honey - 1 tsp. or to taste
Beer to drink 1 - 12 depending on your stamina
