American Flyer Overview of current layout setup

Pretty much the final setting of the layout. All of the consignees and industries are in their final positions.

Bumpers are all installed and locked in place. They have red 1447R (18v) LED bulbs which light when power is applied to the track where it is installed.

I may have to revisit the area with the five switches because my 343 will not push any cars connected to the front coupler through the second of the back to back standard radius curves. Pushing from standard to wide radius and wide radius to standard radius is not a problem.

Looking good. That looks like a fun layout to operate.

I would look at the track gauging in the problem area. I have had several times where one piece of equipment found a section of track that was just a little too narrow.

Do you make up the colorful consists that are in the Gilbert catalogs which are really pulled by those locomotives? I don't run common cars unless mixed in with the better cars.
