Cooper Kupp is well into his decline. He's 31 and has missed 13 games in the last 2 seasons and played in 2/7 games this year. He is no longer worth a 2nd rd pick and $20 mil/yr. The Steelers should not mortgage their future for the present especially considering they are rebuilding a young team through the draft. Perhaps if the Steelers were one WR away from winning a Superbowl a 3rd round draft choice would be the max of Kupp's worth to this team. I'll take a hard pass unless he comes much cheaper and with some injury clauses in the contract.
