Ira, I find your videos to be detailed and informative. I really like the video tours of homes for sale. I live in another state and knowing that I can have access to watch a video of a home inside and out that is several states away without the need to get air transportation is wonderful. Your videos are Superior Convenience for the client and a great marketing tool. I am researching making a move to The Villages or perhaps another 55 community in Florida in the next couple of years. Hi Ira, that was a very rude email. It did not sound like he was genuinely trying to help you improve his version of what your videos should be like. I'm not currently looking to buy so I don't follow you faithfully, but I've watched ALOT of your videos to learn about the area in general. You are knowledgeable. You are willing to climb on roofs, take pre and post purchase videos, drive outside of TV to allow us an opportunity to learn about other areas. You go above and beyond and it shows. My guess is he is either a competitor, a troll, or an insecure man. You still look great in a pair of jeans (no disrespect meant to Ms. Miller) and you know how to sell and fix things, kind of a man's man who is having success on YT. There might have been some jealousy involved. Keep doing you! There's obviously many followers out here who think your videos are fantastic. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us!

In the Houston area in 2004 we found a house on a Sunday & immediately made a full price offer as we were the second offer with 2 more on the way. We scrambled to get a prequalified letter that night. Our offer was accepted but the stress of getting the letter could have been avoided by being prepared ahead of time. You are my kind of realtor.
