Ma'am pls ye bhi btaiye ki kese fit bne slowly.. Muje boht hi zyada problems aati hai.. Ghbrahat, grmi lgna boht zyada, ek dum se panic ho jana, saans ful jana, mood swings, loose motions, periods se pehle toh boht bhookh lgti h pr during periods zra mn ni krta khaane ko.. 🙏🙏
