after an hour of scrolling through ring setting looking to reboot wifi i was instructed to remove bell recharge then reset wifi. i just happened to spot this vid while looking for help, pushed the orange button and boom back up and running, why doesn't ring advise users to push orange button first save hell of a lot of time and trouble. so a huge thank you from a grateful ring doorbell user

Tried setting back to factory setting and have the white light on the bell but not sure how to take it out of this setting. Any ideas
