Why did Carolyn Jones refuse to kiss Elvis Presley?

As a 10 year old I was in love with her after watching the Adams Family.Sadly 54 years later I still am.I was at that time a huge Elvis fan and still 54 years later I still am.I have been married and had children but I feel I am still a 10 year old at heart.But what the hell a beauty like Carolyn and a talent like the King why should I be bothered.God bless them both.

What a dumb video. Titled that she refused to kiss Elvis Presley and then you see in the movie that they kissed like 40 times. Once in the taxi scene, once in the street scene, in the office scene, on the water dock, etc.

Carolyn Jones had a short role in The Seven Year Itch. She played a "registered" nurse in one of the fantasies of Tom Ewell's character. The scene is gold, as is her delivery and timing with Ewell. She was one of the greats but highly underrated...

Saw King Creole a few times, and it has become one of my favorite Elvis films. Carolyn Jones was pretty good as the girl who worked for gangster Walter Matthau. Interesting that Elvis kissed Carolyn in spite of her having a fever.
