[Lost Ark] New Lunar Voice Reaper | Hard Akkan Gate 1-3

1613 ilvl, Spec/Swift necklace build, +16 Akkan weapon

Trying out the new Lunar reaper, does feel a bit awkward rotation wise compared to before but the added utility is nice.

Skill build is the standard 4R build from community guide, but with Spinning Dagger 211 as the flex meter gen skill.
