2025 Ram 1500 Big Horn level 1 vs Level 2 vs Laramie worth $10k more? Full trim comparison review

For 2024 Ram refreshed the 1500 series pick up truck. The front and rear facia got some nice upgrades to the bumper and headlights and rear end. The big change for 2025 model year Ram 1500 is the 5.7l Hemi V8 has been replaced by the new Hurricane 3.0l twin turbo Inline 6 cylinder gas engine.

This engine comes in two variants for 2025 model year. The standard output which makes 420hp and 469 lb ft of torque or the High output version which makes 540hp and 521 lb ft of torque. This motor runs extremely well and I think many truck owners are going to be excited that this engine has replaced the antiquated Hemi engine.

Good review. I’m seeing a front camera on the grill. I’d like to see how to access and view it. I’ve heard no dipstick. Show how you check the oil. What do the drive modes do? As in dose it just put the vehicle in 4wd or does it actually do something?

Curious what you have to say, I'm looking at buying a sport offroad truck this year for a personal, but already have a 22 f150 lariat high pckg that I'm going to use as a work truck but when I looked at the 24 Raptor 35 it just seemed like alot of the same even though it's a Raptor.

Good review. Between a big horn night edition or Laramie sport. Only thing I’m not a fan of are the big horn wheels. They are black plastic clad covers.

Then I'll pick one up used 2-3 years old for half price.

Laramie has heated and cool seats. My has more speakers than the one you showed, my dash is completely digital.

$59k for that bottom trim is a joke. Way too high for the features offered.

And honestly, I'm not seeing anything in these trucks that would convince me not to buy a GMC Sierra instead.
