The Cashflow game is a test of your actions matching your words. Most people that can quote Robert’s books still play their first dozen games like an employee (E). I know I did. Each game should be hard because you are forcing yourself out of your comfort zone. Have you gotten out of the rat race never spending any of your own money? Yes. Gotten out while never buying any deal you pull yourself? Yes. Out before you roll the dice for for your first turn? Yes (in 202). After gaining the vocabulary and tools the next level is mindset. Each game is a chance for you to show your understanding of even the title of Robert’s “Unfair Advantage” book. Same facts, different results.

I play the game once I was a financial looser then second one I got out of the rat race I bought a business and the third one I was a loser again haha the game was fun very strategic.

I'm just curious-- HOW can this game possibly take less than DAYS to play?! We're at about 3.5 hours in and no one has gotten off the Rat Race yet! In fact, I think maybe we're playing it wrong? In the loans section: paying $100 for every $1000 borrowed would mean that a small deal house's monthly payment would run $4700 a month?! (For a $200 cash flow increase?) How does that work? None of us have that kind of income yet, let alone cash flow. I'll have to educate myself now on how to play the educational game! *And when we ever get to the point that we pay off the houses, does our cashflow increase?
